1. Agreement to terms

By accessing caminocreativo.bond or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Purchases and refunds

All fees are listed in USD. Unless otherwise stated, self-paced courses are refundable within 7 days if less than 10% of content has been viewed. Cohort fees are refundable up to 14 days before the start date.

4. License to content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial study. You may not redistribute, sell, or publicly share the content.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harassing behavior.
• No attempts to bypass security or share unauthorized access.
• No scraping or automated extraction of course content.

6. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by CaminoCreativo Atelier or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results vary based on market factors and your own execution.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, except where prohibited by law.
